Please complete Steps 1-5 to begin using and enjoying the benefits of Alabama Telco’s FREE e-Statement service.
Step One: Login to Telco Online (Internet Banking) with your username and password. If you are not a Telco Online user, signing up is easy and free. Just follow the instructions on our online banking sign-in page.
Step Two: Once you are in Telco Online, click on the button labeled “e-Statements” on the navigation bar. This button will open the first page of the sign-up process, which is called the e-Statement Agreement.
Step Three: At this point, you will see the e-Statement Agreement, which states by signing up for this service, you will not receive paper statements in the mail any longer. In addition, you will see the email address that we currently have in the system for your account, if any. You will have the opportunity at this point to change your email address if the one on file is not correct. In addition, you will be prompted to enter one if there is not one on file. Then you will be prompted to click the "I Agree" check box.
Step Four: You will then be sent to a page that explains by clicking the "Continue" button, an automatic response email will be sent to you with your unique "Verification Pass Code". This pass code must be entered into the next screen in order to complete the e-Statement setup process.
Please note: If you are interrupted or unable to immediately enter the pass code, you can come back at anytime in the future to finish this step.
Step Five: You MUST enter your “Verification Pass Code” into Telco Online to complete the process. Once this step has been completed, you will have access to your statements online.
